Brad and Becky worked so hard to make things happen when my mom needed care. She loves being at Canterfield and the activities are enough to keep my mom happy. We are so pleased going into our 3rd month there. Facility is beautiful, clean and it’s like a big family.

From the very beginning, they have gone above and beyond to make every resident — and every family member — feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely loved, like part of one big family. We simply cannot imagine our loved one being anywhere else.
Choosing memory care for a parent is one of the hardest decisions a family can make. From the moment our dad arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff is harsh and unkind in all interactions I had. Even the receptionist, answers the phone unprofessionally, and makes a variety noises with her mouth, as you await getting to talk to someone. I hope the residents and families are able to have better communication than myself as a health care professional. It only took six voicemails and a week and half's time for a response from the DON.
