I took my cat Oreo for annual vaccine last Thur 8/1/2026 (she is 2.5 years old, and received annual vaccine last year too) - I originally booked her to get it done at her regular vet last Wed (as her vet only practices at clinic on Wed), but rescheduled and changed to Canterbury Vet Clinic due to the extreme heat and distance last Wed. Poor communication with emails not being answered. A simple ‘we are busy at the moment, can you try somewhere else?’ would go a long way!
Ignore emails - have been contacting them all week about my dogs urgent nail trim & when I called the ‘trainee’ vet nurse said they had got it but chose not to reply. I don’t know why you would have an email and not reply to incoming emails.. Even as a ex vet nurse, the way this place runs, it’d be very surprised if it was still a clinic within a year, if that.
