We have been so blessed to have found Canterbury Vet Clinic a few years back. The team have been absolutely incredible and supportive throughout some of the toughest times with our previous dog and now our current dog. The care, love and patience that they show your pet is so reassuring, especially when you have an anxious dog. The team have been so accomodating and helpful with scheduling us in for appointments and always take the time to explain the various options for care. This clinic is not professional, they pick & choose who they want to see, they DO NOT care about your pet on a genuine level - nor are they running by any standards or genuine qualifications… Seriously questioning how this clinic is still somehow functioning after the blatant disrespect, lack of care, communication and “treatments” that only mask symptoms until they come back again. Hence the profit & brainwashing people to think they’re actually qualified. I wouldn’t recommend this “clinic” to my worst enemy. Bit of a joke ... read more
I have been following Canterbury Vets for quite some time. In all that I’ve seen, they are amazing. They go above and beyond for the all the animals in their care, big or small. They treat each animal as if they were their own, with love, kindness, and compassion. I highly recommend them. Keep up the great work all!!!
