Our dog BB is 18 years old, and Dr. Hannah has been looking after her for over 2.5 years. She is professional, knowledgeable, and—most importantly—truly respectful of our preferences, especially regarding Western medication. Instead of pushing a one-size-fits-all solution, she takes the time to understand and work with us to find the best approach for our dog. Extremely disappointed- Illness not cured, only gave me mess. We recently adopted a cat. Came to this vet based on the good reviews on Google. My cat got eye infections. Took him to the vet before Easter. The meds the vet gave did nothing but only giving my poor cat diarrhea for over a week. I only gave him the fluid med 2 doze and had to stop as soon as he started diarrhea. But the diarrhea still goes on till now!! Another med is finished but did nothing. Unfortunately our 15 year old dog, reached the end of his life. The care and compassion we received from Dr Helen made the final act to Euthanise so smooth and calm. Thank you so much we feel at peace thanks to your expertise and compassion. Also to all staff for their lovely patience and care when I rang the clinic.
