Worst tyre shop I’ve encountered in over 10 years in Sydney. Booked a tyre replacement, promised quick service. Multiple visits, constantly missed time promises, tyre never ready. They fitted a wrong-size temporary tyre. Terrible organisation, totally untrustworthy. Avoid at all costs.
Good customer service and reliable, my go to for tyres and advise
A terrible and expensive experience. I had four tires replaced with them, and they managed to put two different tires on the front. The result was a chassis repair costing over $1,500, and new tires four months later. Incompetent and unprofessional.
Waited 2 full hours just for one tyre fix. Extremely poor service and a really bad experience overall. I kept telling them multiple times how long it was taking, but nothing improved. Completely wasted my time. Very dirty experience with this place. Would not recommend.
Waited for 5 hours just to get my tires changed. MOST IMPORTANTLY, one of the tires is flattened in one day, without any external punctured. The shop didn't respond to my message after that. DO NOT EVER COME HERE
