I had a horrible experience with this tyre service. They provided me used tyres, worn out and unsafe. My car's alignment was completely off and pulling hard to the left, even though it was perfectly fine before. I went back and was charged again just to fix the alignment they messed up in the first place. Drove it again, and the same issues came back. I went to this shop because it was nearby, waited more than 3.5 hours to change 3 tyres and to do wheel alignment.The owner first said that it will take around 40 minutes so we went and came back in an hour but it was still not done .We waited again there for 1 and half hours.Worst service ever, wasted my 3.5 hrs in the bloody tyre shop . I gave one star because there is no option for zero.Please don’t go there. Go only if you want to waste your time sitting in the bloody tyre shop.The staffs are nice but not the owner.
i rang these people about second hand tyres,i went thee ,they didnt have any,so i had to buy new tyres,misleading information,badly,telling me over the phone ,they had plenty,only to go there and find out ,they didnt exist,as for customer services,they had these young guys running the shop,they were to busy chatting amongs them selfs,one fast way to lose customers,never again
Worst experience, rude staff, treats like they doing it for free, I came first but got served at last coz 3 known people came to after me. Don’t even reply when I ask about estimated time or why they fixing other cars first
