I had a very disappointing experience with this tyre shop. I went there twice for a wheel alignment, and both times the job was not done properly. After noticing the issue still wasn’t fixed, I went back again expecting them to resolve it—but instead, they asked me to come back yet again. On top of that, the wait times were extremely long. I will never go to this place again. I don’t know what’s wrong with the owner. He made me wait all day and then told me the tyres haven’t even been delivered to come back tomorrow and because he demanded a deposit before ordering them, we could not go elsewhere he kept us hostage. Never go to this place he should’ve been honest in the first place instead of wasting our entire day

Disorganised and disrespectful of my time. Ordered 4 tyres and when I arrived they had fitted them to someone else car. I called the next day 3 times to confirm the Tyres has arrived before returning so as not to waste my time again. They confirmed it had and to come in later. I came at the appointed time they said 40 min till pick up. I return 50 min later. They tell me then the tyres have not arrived. I complain- they throw their hands up - it was noisy, what can I do.
