Booked accommodation well in advance with confirmation and when new ownership has taken over, bookings were cancelled. When trying to resolve the issue within 1 hour of notice, the new owner simply shifted blame to pre-exisiting owners and when caught out, lied about extended bookings of other guests which is not the case as there is still availability on hotel booking websites. Take accountability mate and do what’s right instead of hanging up when getting caught out.
Very quick to check me in. Nice spacious rooms. Convenient. I would only consider additional faned fresh air intake since none of the windows could be opened, but with aircon on it was ok.
