The unit looks nice at first, but living here has been extremely disappointing. This complex is advertised as smoke-free, and the lease has a specific section prohibiting smoking on the premises. It was a pleasure working with the staff especially, Terrance and Alec. They went above and beyond what was expected. I moved, not because of the conditions, but because the location needed of my job. My neighbors were kind. The grounds were kept up beautifully. Any maintenance requests were taking care quickly.
** ALL ISSUES STILL UNRESOLVED as of JULY 5TH, 2026 ** TL;DR: “Renovated” units with hidden issues, ignored lease policies, and ineffective management. -- The units look nice, but management and policy enforcement have been disappointing. Paragraph 21 of the lease explicitly prohibits residents from “smoking or growing marijuana … on the leased premises.” Despite that, the upstairs unit repeatedly smokes to the point that the odor comes through our vents and fills both bedrooms and the bathroom.
