The best maintenance service person on board! Took care of my place with tenacity and care. Don’t want to share his name in case he wants to stay private. HE IS AWEOME! I will leave it to Management to share his name and let him be recognized.
Honestly, I had a terrible experience with customer service which ended up costing me an extra unnecessary $170 . I called on the 1st and left a voicemail, they never got back to me. I called again 2 more times on different days and left voicemails, they never got back to me. Ended up being charged late fees and sent court warnings. Mind you, I been here for 4 years with not ONE missed payment. They called me back today after I paid, 2 weeks later lol. Shameful customer service.
