RecommendedI have stayed here for over a year now as of February and I have always loved the staff. They are generous and helpful in any way they can be. Tonight they have exceeded my expectations. I came home from work and my floor was soaked and my ceiling was leaking. One of the maintenance men- Mr. Randy left his home to come help me. He didn’t leave my apartment until 12 am. Best apartment complex in town. Clean, quiet, friendly and responsive staff and amazing facilities.
The pool is what sold me on Canterbury Square apartments, but the loving and caring staff is what has kept me as a renter for the past 8+ years. The office personnel is ALWAYS friendly, the maintenance has always been prompt and professional, and I have genuinely felt as though I am a family member since the day I moved in. I feel safe living here, and I love being able to call this place home!
Waited a whole month to fix a/c. With a 300.00 dollar bill.they have signs up saying to pick up dog poo its a law. But they don't follow it because the manager doesn't pick up on dogs poo.the buildings are old and need remodeling so much problems for 2bedroom for 830.00 dollar rent.
