We recently liaised with Fang Fang and Nicolas on an issue we had with a sink mixer and sprayer which is over 5 years old and quite an expensive item at the time of purchase. The service from both staff was amazing considering the age of the tap. My issue was resolved and everything is working like new again. Highly recommended!!
After fixing the defects of our house. We need to get parts and extra accessories from Canterbury tap. Nicolas and his team are super easy to communicate to. They were very pragmatic on helping us getting things sorted. A much appreciated experience after going through a building project. The building process can be a lot easier if anyone is as helpful as the team in Canterbury sink and Tap.
Excellent after sales service from the team. Our kitchen tap is over 10 years old and required some minor adjustments. Spare parts were provided promptly along with detailed instructions on how to make the adjustments. Our tap is like brand new again! Thank you Canterbury sink and tap.
