I do not recommend Dr Rehana Khatoon at this practice. Waited 50 mins for my appointment and she didnt provide much advice and told me to get treatment even though I dont have test results. I found the priceline pharmacy way more helpful.
Avoid. Extremely disappointing and distressing experience with Dr Jingbin (Ben) Zhang. I felt rushed out of the consultation almost immediately. I was barely given an opportunity to explain my symptoms, concerns or medical history. Communication was difficult, and I left feeling completely unheard and dismissed. This was my first and last time at this practice.
I wish I could rate it on minus but unfortunately I can’t.😤 Please Please 🙏 I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go to (Dr Jeffrey Chow)- I can’t tell about other doctors but Dr Jeffrey Chow is really sarcastic when we tried to explain our situation. Made us as a patient feel dumb- doesn’t listen to our concerns (when we said we are concerned about something specific- he replied in a very sarcastic and rude tone saying so what you think it’s a cancer?)
