I didnt actually get ti see a doctor because they only had 2 on and they were fully booked, they need to stare on the website that you need to make an appointment. The lovely ladies at reception were extremely helpful, they took my name and number and said that they would call me if an appointment came up, which they did, but I had already gone to the hospital. I would definitely recommend this practice.
Poor service (administrative)
The doctor didn't understood what I asked. Wanted him to give me a referral at public hospital but didn't happened
30 -45 min wait is Standard. It comes with very depressed and unwelcoming receptionist
Had an appointment with Dr Yu to have an ingrown hair removed. She said they didn't have the right tools/couldn't do it and sent me to an urgent care clinic. The urgent care clinic was very confused as to why the GP didn't have a scalpel and couldn't help me. Not a great experience.
