Terrible experience with Dr Rehana Khatoon. I brought my son in for a severe dry cough that has persisted for over two months. It was causing him chest pain and ear pain. The consultation lacked any meaningful assessment, explanation, or engagement from Dr Rehana Khatoon. I was simply told to have him “drink more water,” with no attempt to investigate the cause or provide further guidance. My son also had blocked ears due to ear wax. Don't bother turning upon time! My first and last time at this medical centre. My doctor did not turn up for my appointment and I was put on the waiting list to see another GP. Patients had to wait an inacceptably long time, some were being turned away, some gave up waiting and left. I feel bad for the ladies at reception who were trying to diffuse the situation with irate patients and little information about where the doctors were. Go elsewhere unless you have a lot of time on your hands.
I love this practice! Been coming to see Dr Benjamin Zhang for years. I always receive excellent care from him and the rest of the staff are very friendly and professional.
