My car was written off and I'm supposed to have my car by 3pm. So I arranged my schedule after for the sales person name, Sandra. The she called me after 3pm saying she got caught up with a new customer, meaning she didn't care to complete her service by delivering my new car on time. I bought a mini from Joseph who is amazing! From the time I stepped into the door to the time I picked up the car. As I wanted it customised, we had to place an order and wait for the car to be shipped, he kept me updated throughout the full process.
