We have one amenity. A dinky little pool that I wouldn't put a toe in without penicillin. And since they took over our HOA management, about a year ago, they have more than doubled our monthly fee. No additional amenities. Only upgrade is new roof on two units. Units owned by rental companies have trashy tenants that leave diapers in parking lot and discarded furniture against dumpster. I see very little management other than a sharp eye on the billing.
