Everyone at Canterbury Eye Specialists made me relax and feel very confident and comfortable with what the procedure entailed. The procedure itself was very straightforward. Narelle was professional, caring and friendly. The procedure itself was very successful and I am extremely pleased with the result. The follow up appointments were also appreciated and emphasised how good the results are. I would highly recommend Narelle Spencer to anyone considering cataract surgery.
narelle has an easy going consultative style and recently undertook my cataract surgery which went successfully without fuss - her capable team including maria, gaya and paula (& relief staff monique and andrea) all help with the "happy camp" - I have no reservation in recommending the practice (and a visit is worth it just to admire the current restoration of malone's 1889 hotel)
Dr Elsie Chan was highly recommended to us by a relative who works in the Eye and Ear Hospital, telling me that Dr Chan is an excellent surgeon. I personally found Dr Chan to be a caring, careful and thorough surgeon. Even the hospital nurses noted how wonderful she is. Would highly recommend her.
The experience of having my two cataracts out a, fortnight apart, went very smoothly. I appreciated the clear instructions before, and the follow up after the surgery. A great result for distance vision meant I was able to drive just a few days after each. Now I am just waiting for my new reading glasses. Thank you!
