Receptionists are very uncaring. You have to book 6 months out at least and if need to come in they make no priority. They won't check coverage and they've cancelled appointments on me and then ask if its okay to book you 3 months out. Really messed up service.

I can’t say enough great things about this dental practice. I was on a cruise vacation and had a dental emergency. The past 2 ports every dentist would not take the time to treat me. We stopped in St John and on a whim stopped into this very friendly dental practice where they managed to fit me in and treated my emergency immediately. From the front desk staff to the dental assistant to the dentist they were absolutely amazing. Thank you Canterbury dental for being so professional and compassionate.

Love my dentist & hygienist ❤️ everyone is friendly & I have always felt comfortable here. They are informative when you have questions and even when you dont! Ive always had a positive experience here, and I couldnt recommend them enough.

I've been visiting since 2009, when it first opened. I've had regular cleanings here every 4 months for 16 years (deep pockets). Some hygienists are a little more gentle than others. I've also had 3 root canals completed without issue. In 16 years and dozens and dozens of appointments and multiple procedures completed, I've not left and continue to return.
