I’ve been going to this clinic for several years, but recently I’ve had very disappointing experiences with one of the receptionists. On a few occasions, I found her unhelpful and dismissive. Most recently, I contacted the office to book an appointment because I was in pain. Instead of scheduling me to see the dentist, the receptionist essentially “consulted” me over the phone and recommended an over-the-counter medication. Dr. Rector is an awesome dentist. He has done the best work I've ever had done. I am grateful for the awesome job He has done on my teeth and highly recommend this clinic. Very professional and very friendly. My life is greatly improved because of His work. Thank you so much!!

Receptionists are very uncaring. You have to book 6 months out at least and if need to come in they make no priority. They won't check coverage and they've cancelled appointments on me and then ask if its okay to book you 3 months out. Really messed up service.

I can’t say enough great things about this dental practice. I was on a cruise vacation and had a dental emergency. The past 2 ports every dentist would not take the time to treat me. We stopped in St John and on a whim stopped into this very friendly dental practice where they managed to fit me in and treated my emergency immediately. From the front desk staff to the dental assistant to the dentist they were absolutely amazing. Thank you Canterbury dental for being so professional and compassionate.
