Only gave a 1 because there was no ZERO option. Going on day 5 during a heat wave without hot water to shower or do dishes. Capreit is a joke. All that's required is spending a "little" of the high rent they charge to get a NEW hot water tank. 36 families (most with children) all suffering because of this. They use unlicensed plumbers, electricians etc etc etc etc to PATCHWORK ANY problems. Do not rent here! Save yourself the nightmare of living in an ant infested building. Our entire building has been infested with ants since 2019. And good luck getting a hold of anyone if you need anything. Leslie who is in charge of things here, gets nothing accomplished, she is rude, and has flat out lied to us on several occasions. We have had water damaged walls and ceilings almost the entire time we have lived here due to the roof leaks, and they have no interest in fixing anything.
