I cannot say enough good things about this building & this company ! The yards outside are so peaceful & quiet & well taken care of. The people who live here are so friendly & helpful & so are the staff members. I don't know about the other apts or buildings but the one I am in smells so fresh & clean all the time & sooooo quiet & peaceful. The 2 bedroom I obtained here in November 2020 was amazingly priced in a friendly and welcoming community. Over The 5 years I lived in this unit, they were incapable of eradicating the ant infestation even though the exterminators visited dozens of times. The exterminators were very generous with their liquid bait; putting drops on all surfaces and dripping it from light switches and outlets, but alas, there were still rows of ants marching along the baseboards. I rectified the issue by using Ant Out, which kept them at bay.... read more
