Do not rent here. I’m a current tenant and they’re legally scamming tenants with rent increases. The owners of the capriet company in general is honestly some of the worst human beings I am looking to move out as soon as I can and would never recommend moving to any capriet owned units. If you like being played in the face with legal jargon bs and fighting for basic human rights you’d love capriet
The 2 bedroom I obtained here in November 2020 was amazingly priced in a friendly and welcoming community. Over The 5 years I lived in this unit, they were incapable of eradicating the ant infestation even though the exterminators visited dozens of times. The exterminators were very generous with their liquid bait; putting drops on all surfaces and dripping it from light switches and outlets, but alas, there were still rows of ants marching along the baseboards. I rectified the issue by using Ant Out, which kept them at bay.... read more
I cannot say enough good things about this building & this company ! The yards outside are so peaceful & quiet & well taken care of. The people who live here are so friendly & helpful & so are the staff members. I don't know about the other apts or buildings but the one I am in smells so fresh & clean all the time & sooooo quiet & peaceful. The apt I am in is HUGE with lots of cupboard space & beautiful flooring & excellent appliances & comes with not one not two but three patio doors that all lock for your safety & are big ... read more
