Only gave a 1 because there was no ZERO option. Going on day 5 during a heat wave without hot water to shower or do dishes. Capreit is a joke. All that's required is spending a "little" of the high rent they charge to get a NEW hot water tank. 36 families (most with children) all suffering because of this. They use unlicensed plumbers, electricians etc etc etc etc to PATCHWORK ANY problems.
