Great counselors and awesome mission.
Zero room for error. After being in and out of therapy for 18 years, I have never encountered a therapist’s office with such an unforgiving cancellation policy. I got a call 25 minutes after my first appointment was supposed to have started, reminding me of said appointment. Front desk said, “you probably won’t be able to get here in time…” which I hastily agreed to since the whole reason I was late in the first place was because of something going on with my two toddlers.
