Great for surface-level counseling. Not really equipped for handling deep challenges. Edit: After much reflection and time for healing, it's much clearer that much of my experience was shaped from the counselor siding with a manipulative and scrutinizing partner. I'm thankful for the experience because it was clear that neither my partner nor the counselor were healthy for me after years of being slowly worn down in the relationship. Communications and scheduling initial appointments with the front desk is poor. Been playing phone tag for almost 2 weeks and when I was able to talk to a person, they told me they would have to call me back after they found my info. I never received a phone call back. Recommend overhauling your new client intake process.
Great for surface-level counseling. Not really equipped for handling deep challenges. After going here for several years, I have had more anxiety than before and feel less equipped.
