Expensive rent and when we call for service they have a bad service especially the water always have a problem

I love skating outdoors. However, the ice is not always well groomed. While it was great this morning (Easter Monday), it was so bad on Saturday, I left after just 15 minutes. Please keep in mind the health and safety of skaters when grooming the ice. Thank you in advance!
