I had made an appointment which due to work restrictions using electronic devices I could not ring to cancel or reschedule. I also could not answer my phone for the same reasons. I was charged the full appointment and when I rang an hour later there was a lack of care and acknowledgement of my reason. They were more interested in quickly rescheduling me for another appointment. I will no longer be visiting that clinic.
Always excellent service. Staff are always helpful, friendly & polite. Doctors are very professional, kind & caring.
It was my first time here, and I don't feel welcome or maybe I didn't get any smiles from the staffs. I had a bad burn on my arm, and my workplace told me to rest the next day and see a GP, which is this clinic close to home. However, Sam told me that I could go back to work on that day as my injury wasn't serious after applying a burn ointment which i already did myself. My skin is still stingy thst day. Drs and staff are friendly and professional and its nice and clean.
I recently changed doctors and I must say my experience with Canterbury Clinic has been absolutely first class. I can’t speak highly enough of my doctor and the staff in general.
