Needs updated hours - came here on a Saturday afternoon after checking website that says open until 5pm. Wasted an afternoon travelling 👎🏻

I had an excellent experience with Canterbury Caravans. The team was genuine, honest and very personable throughout the whole process. It is rare to find such down to earth old school service where you feel truly looked after rather than just another customer. Drove 40 minutes to Canterbury Caravans yesterday to look at a van I had spotted on their website. Went into the office and asked if we could look at the van. Was told this is not possible as there is no Salesman there. Explained our situation and was told bad luck basically. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No offer to get someone to call or anything, just something about staff cuts.
