I had the absolute pleasure of picking up my dream car at Canterbury BMW over the weekend and I have to say that the end to end experience from the initial enquiry to driving an RS3 off of the lot was fantastic! If you're lucky enough to deal with Demy and Patrick at Canterbury BMW, you’ve basically hit the jackpot. Just picked up a BMW X5 for my wife a couple of days ago, and honestly, what a dream team. Patrick was relentless (in the best way). He stayed in touch through all hours, even when he was home. I think he may have actually sold me the car while in pyjamas.
