called about a BMW recall issue and the staff, Damien had no knowledge of BMW recall and kept on asking what recall this is for. I told him if he doesn't know, please transfer me to the correct people that does such as the reception, I asked 3-4 times, but he refused and then hung up on me. I called back and spoke to the reception and provided the information and my details to lodge a complaint to the manager, however after now 2 days I have not received a call from them.
