My mother was discharged from the hospital to Canterbury's skilled nursing facility. She was placed in a wing with no nurse and no aide. The range of times for response to her call light was 1-4 hours, averaging 1 1/2 hours. The extreme was one morning when no one responded to take her to the bathroom until after 10:30 am.
