Great expereince. Took a a few extra weeks to get the door but that was to be expected and the guys were responsive, professional and did great work. Had one small inclusion in one of the panes and Edgar and team were quick to address. the door looks great.
Cantera Doors just completed our project and did an amazing job. Edgar did an excellent job of keeping us posted throughout the manufacturing and installation process. The installation team was very professional and focused on getting every detail right. Ariel and his crew made sure we were more than satisfied with the finished product. The work has transformed the house. Highly recommend.
I’m obsessed with my canterra windows and doors…we did a full scale remodel and they are just stunning. The installation crew went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect…which included tearing out brick and stone and replacing the elements seamlessly….we went from a single wood door with side lights to a double French door and a huge window in our bedroom and living! It opened up our space and modernized our 20 year old hill country home!
I have been a developer for over 30 years and in all that time I have never come across a company with such little disregard for the overall quality of their customer experience and the product itself. After spending more than 150k on steel doors and windows, 4 years later we still continue to have a subpar product. We love our new Canterra door! Ricardo was amazing, he helped us design our door and coordinated with our builder on installation. When the door was damaged during construction, he had an amazing crew come out and do the repair and it looks like a new door. We could not be happier with the quality and design of the door, it truly makes the front of our home beautiful.
