Great experience working with Toll Brothers as we built our new home. Everyone was super helpful and responsive. A special mention to Craig Bonis from the construction team. He was very responsive all through the process. All tickets are responded to and closed in a timely manner. Craig often stops by himself to inspect and fix any critical findings. Very happy with the team here at Canter Square and we love our new home ❤️
New home buyers - beware. Please dont buy homes in this community. You spend close to 900k buying your dream home but as soon as you move you will realize what a huge mistake this is. The community has a very serious mouse, mice and rodrent issue. All newly moved residents have been struggling. Toll brothers or the HOA has not taken any action. Too many people have been falling sick and tje management is just not bothered. See picture for my home
Poor quality paying upper 900k with unfinished basement is not worth,showing model home there is nothing like model home ,every single thing you have to pay to design studio if you want better quality + charging for home lighting extra +paying lot premium $12k extra+ paying 10k for patio +landscaping +HOA is already increased to 10% and you get no space for your backyard they plant trees as they like and tells you that it’s township we cant do anything about it .I am not telling not to plant trees you can plant at end of you... read more
Please be cautious when buying homes. Multiple issues - all homes have very high Radon levels that can cause cancer to residents. We have been living here less than 3 months and HOA has already gone up by 10% without any amenities being available for use. The paint in the homes and other construction material are very poor quality. Builder charging $1M for homes that are not even worth $100k
Very poor and faulty construction. The construction folks use faulty products and don't fix minor details until closing. After closing they are just not bothered. You keep chasing them and they don't take any action. Also just FYI - All the homes have been testing high on Radon Gas. Like 7/10 reading. The builder is not doing anything about it if you don't test and report within 2 weeks of closing. This is a radioactive gas and can cause cancer. Please be cautious when buying a home here.
