I absolutely hate giving bad reviews but I have been unable to confirm a maintenance call. I’ve exchanged several emails and text messages over the past 3 weeks and left more than 5 messages with their answering service which picks up during business hours on weekdays after holding for some time. I ordered a Generac whole house power back up generator in April 2021. It is now October 2021 and the generator installation is not complete. They cannot figure out how to obtain the needed permits from the city.
