Smashed food and melted
$7.00 + for an old soggy piece of chicken. What a rip off. Not sure what they think they have but it's not worth what they charge.
Don't let tomato touch the bread, it gets soggy. and please cook your bacon more that is the soggiest, nastiest bacon ever. Also, so expensive.
The worst customer service. Tell the guy you got a problem, it's someone else's job to take care of that. Card readers rarely work, if you use cash, need exact amount (no change). Change machine never works or has change. How can a company operate like this? We are pushing management to get rid of them and get someone else.
Hm, well to be quite frank I'm not particularly fond of the machines (they are really awful...) however I'm giving this four stars because there is an employee here who is very kind and helpful (his name is Taylor, I believe?)
