Most of the time our machines don't work properly, card reader works less than 50% of the time, snacks in our machine get caught up regularly, Machine won't dispense water that is $2.00 plus transaction fee that is charged to your card even when it doesn't dispense, and we have been threatened by them to have our machine removed if we shake the machine to get our snacks that we were charged for.
I've been going back and forth with them for months on a refund for a machine that shortchanged me. First they issue an e-check in the wrong name, then they reissue it, only for me to find out that this obscure check format is not accepted by my bank. You literally print the check off and cut it out - I've never seen anything like this. Since it's on regular paper, it has none of the security features of a real check. I would put a 0 for having a moldy product in their vending machine. Just paid 4.50 for a past due product. Yuck
Bought a salad to eat at the company I work for from the canteen vending service, salad was all cores, croutons were soggy. Overall a poor experience
