This is a dishonest business. Machine took my money. I left a note, no response, called, no response, used the text this number on the phone, just canned response. Another machine in same breakroom took my money same way last night.... I called.... It was a "service" so had to have call returned..... It wasn't, ...... I called again and a lady said they would send refund....... If it doesn't show I will contact the Better Business Bureau. Our office team has been trying to improve and diversify our snack program for years to align with our corporate policy. They consistently flake on deliveries, refuse to restock products and outright lie to us about improving service. They could double their sales with our office based on our budget, but no one seems to care. Do they not like making money? Simply ridiculous.
