Their drivers like to speed through red lights.
Used the machine at Costco on April 1, 2023. Put a $20 in the machine, failed to dispense, then proceeded to press the return button. Credit was visible on the machine, selection was displayed. Tried to call the number on the machine, no answer. Left a message, no response or call back. Absolutely horrible service. While I understand it is only $20, this is still completely unacceptable. Edit: 3 months and still no resolution.
like most vending machines... way way over priced. especially there coffee machines that put out terrible products
