The service was great until someone new started filling up our machines. There have been multiple items out of date. Tried talking to her about it but all I could smell was liquor on her breath.
Just paid $5 for a 20oz Mountain Dew and it’s hot. No refrigeration. Higginbotham building at Baptist. Don’t buy drinks from this machine. Never again! $5 for a drink is crazy. Thievery.
Vending machines are empty and haven’t been filled in a while. The card machines don’t work for cash and card.
Items are continually not placed in machines correctly and get hung up. This is a very common problem, with turnaround time in 2-3 days for any issue. Customer service is always 'could care less' mode - even at manager level.
