Janessa was incredibly nice and helpful throughout the entire process! She made everything so easy and answered all my questions. I can’t wait to move into this wonderful community and make it my new home!
The management and maintenance team were very prompt in our few maintenance issues. The most recent was a smoke detector. Dominic came very promptly. It turns out the whole unit needed replacing. He came the same day and replaced the whole unit. Thank you for all your help Dominic and office staff!!!
First off, I have never been late or missed a payment since being here. For January's rent, I did it online via their website as I have done in the past. This time there was an error and it kicked back my payment. The ladies at the office told me that they were having issues with the online payments but I would still need to get a written letter from my bank stating that I had funds available at the time. My bank will not write letters on my behalf due to liability reasons, but they printed me out a detailed day-by-day fundi... read more
