Not sure who I talk to but I call to get a quote for work to be done and there like we just took a big contract and don't have time. I felt like they where not interested to get my business
André went above and beyond to address an issue that required immediate attention due to my home sale closing date within 3 days of my initial call. He was able to squeeze me in his schedule, come and assess the issue and attempt a repair which ended up requiring a part order. True to his word, he came back early the next day (closing day) and got it resolved. Service was friendly and exceptional 👌. Would not hesitate to recommend Andre and Cantap Plumbing.
We have now hired Cantap 4 times in the last few years. Most recently, Andre came by to replace a kitchen sink. He was very patient, meticulous, and to use his words “picky”. He did a fantastic job!
