This comment is directed at anyone considering signing a lease at the Cantabria Apartments — do not make the mistake of signing. Based on our experience, and that of many others, serious security issues constantly occur here, putting the peace of residents at risk. Theft is frequent; since this is a public area, anyone can come in. Not long ago, a suitcase was stolen from my storage unit. I’ve also had a bicycle stolen. I’d like to give this place at least two stars because the maintenance team is actually friendly and helpful whenever they can be — but so much is out of their hands because of management and apartment rules. When I applied for my apartment, I was approved in a few days. Karina, the manager at the time, was amazing — she explained everything and really fought for me when they tried to give my apartment to someone else that applied using section 8. $2600 for being a roach infested apartment complex? Disgusting.
Where do I start...I was at the coffee shop next to these apts. They're really hidden I honestly didn't even realize they were there if it wasn't for the fact that I stopped for coffee. I decided to check them out. The leasing office was so nice. Carina greeted me with a warm smile. She offered me snacks, water, coffee and hot chocolate. If I knew they offered all this I wouldn't have bought my coffee lol. Anyways she was great she was so easy to talk to.
