What a fantastic family business. My mum had a concern around a humming sound coming from a light switch and spoke to Allun who advised over the phone what it likely was and gave some advice but then came round on the same day to check it out (bear in mind this is a Sunday!) - went above and beyond to give her peace of mind and sort it and at very reasonable rates! Could not recommend more!! Thank you
Allun was a life saver and helped us out big time after an electical failure on a Sundayevening. Professional, helpful and happy to explain what he was doing along the way! Will happly be putting his name forward for work for other people.
Allun has been so supportive. I had a power outage recently and he was away that weekend but guided me through what I could do to check out the issue and came first thing Monday to investigate. I was having work done on the house at the time and he suspected this had caused the problem. He was spot as I had problems with the power yet again and although he was away on holiday, he videod and advised me how to proceed with getting it investigated by the contractor.
