Julian is an excellent physiotherapist. I came in with persistent lower back pain, and within a few sessions, he helped me understand the root cause and guided me through effective exercises and posture corrections. He’s patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his clients’ recovery. Highly recommend him if you’re dealing with back issues or any mobility concerns.
Best training coach in Ontario really pushes you above and beyond, for sure recommend for people any age
My comes weekly to this gym with his basketball team and the patience, the workouts and the team altogether is what keeps him motivated and excited to keep returning. We have noticed a difference in his strength and his agility is improving slowly.
