What is this? Trying to be a high rise concierge service. Not accredited, staff that shows up in street clothes not industry trained or licensed that for a high rise should be. Quite obvious the female owner has tight control of hires and flips them regularly as if they are chosen profiled (‘green’ lack critical thinking (or scared to act?) as most interactions is I’ll call my (nameless) supervisor” that is actually this owner. Quality, Speed, and friendly.
Small janitorial company that seems to operate from home or accounting office. Our strata manager signed them on as caretaker and cleaner. Not trustworthy with handling money. Canstar collected cheques from residents but didn’t hand them over to strata for months. Manager Brian won’t even answer emails or letters. Go with a reputable company with good track record and reviews, even if strata has to pay more.
