Was very helpful, very knowledgeable and knew what they were doing as well as saying about the equipment. Ended up needing a software update as the two units only had 4 satellites in common and one gps unit wasn't updated at all. Employer was very upset acting like the front desk chick at our office could of downloaded the update herself for free. The people that sold us the units didn't even do a update or test the rovers and got pissed of trying to say there's nothing wrong with them when . Who sells rovers with 4 satellit... read more
