Overall, the quality of work was good. However, the team was very slow and unpredictable. What they quoted about a week ended up taking about a month. Communication was very poor; it was unclear which days they would come and when they did say they were coming, they typically showed up several hours later than communicated. Two different teams came multiple times to get the work done, with noticeable differences in the work ethics and quality across teams.
