4 months ago I handed the luggage in March still I m unable to get it no response no update - I m in Pakistan now my vacation ended up next month but still I don’t know about my luggage:(
Their service is very bad. They break the goods and do not even answer the phone and do not reply or send any messages. Please avoid their service and save your money and your goods.
Avoid using this company, they do not respond after you paid, pay a little extra but use rather a reliable service. Sent packages in Jan and MidJuly still haven't received in Pak. The package is sitting in wrong city for 2 weeks in pak and no one is bothered to resolve this, neither the local contact in Calary who has just decided to go ghost. DO NOT USE THEM PLEASE
