Horrible office management. These apartments are no longer 55 plus any and everybody lives there. Management goes inside your apt without informing the resident.
I called to inquire about leasing an apartment. I have been on lists for 9 months, and am so confused as to navigating Texas housing, And how it works between hud and DHA. The lady that I spoke with, was so sweet and absolutely phenomenal in trying to help me. Currently, they do not have a unit available, but she went above and beyond to give me a resource to help in finding one. She was so sweet and precious!
I have been a resident of Canova Palms for three years.Yes, it is a small community but that's it's charm. Besides all of the amenities it's clean, quiet & convenient. The manager, Bridgett Crump is a blessing! She goes above & beyond to resolve any issues that may arise. She works hard to make Canova Palms a safe & fun environment.
