Had the best experience with the oral team, they insured my daughter was ok and made her feel so comfortable before going in to her procedure of getting all 4 wisdom teeth taken out as she has a fear of needles, Thanks for everything that they could offer. Was such a relief to finally be getting her wisdom teeth out. They have caused her so much drama over the last few years, now we are finally getting it sorted thanks to this awesome team at this hospital. Can’t thank yous enough. If I could give 10 starts I would.
I was at Canossa for 33 days. I had a wonderful experience at this hospital. The nurses and anesthetist were lovely, caring, and attentive. They were understanding when I ran into an issue waiting for my Mum to pick me up for discharge. Special shout out to Jo for going above and beyond helping me with contacting Mum and an uber driver. I cannot find confidence in recommending Cannossa Private for rehabilitation patients transferred by other hospitals. My elderly father with reduced communication and cognitive abilities was transferred for a broken leg to receive physio/occupational therapy. Whilst this is being treated, he is alone in his room 24/7 engaged only with medical staff and family visits. He has been left alone long enough to walk on his broken leg and fall against furniture without the knowledge of medical staff. This was only discovered by fami... read more
