Decided to use Canossa for the Urgent Care circus. Waits for an hour, until the nurse explains to me that my procedure isnt performed by the doctor. Use your regular GP instead, it'll save you wasting your time.
I cannot commend this hospital enough. The staff are the opitomy of excellent customer service, and high customer care. All the staff are delightful. This is absolutely my top choice of hospital and I cannot recommend it enough. A big thank you to all of the staff who made my experience so positive.
Came in today for a day procedure and couldn’t be happier with how it all went. Every single staff member i encountered went above and beyond and made the whole experience so comfortable. wish i could remember names but special mention to the angel who got me some coffee for that caffeine headache. again, above and beyond. promt, organised, and beautiful people all round.
