So nice my husbands arthritis had gotten so bad he had to have his wedding band cut off. Unfortunately it was titanium. After about a half hour and using the diamond blade he was freed. When I asked them how much for the work, they said no charge the do that for free. I just want to thank you so much some of his hand swelling has already gone down. Wonderful people.
Great if you have an idea in mind they love taking on any request, they can make anything you ask of them for an amazing price.
I had cracks on my crystal face & scratches on the bezel as well. I contacted Canos Jewelry & they repaired my watch in no more then 2 weeks. I shipped to them from Texas. 10/10 service , highly recommend.
Came in to resize two rings. One ring, the owner was able to resize within 10 minutes. We had another ring that had an intricate design and he said needed special care to upsize, said it would take a week but he called us and said it was ready much earlier. (Dropped off Friday, picked up Tuesday). You wouldn't know any additional work was done but it now fits perfectly
Best customer service. Needed a ring to be cut due to swollen finger. They were really proficient at it and were kind enough to do it for free
