Went to buy a lottery ticket and when I went to the till she said $4 please and I always get a $1 ticket. I made a mistake writing which games I wanted to play. The part that gets me is after I realized that she could have canceled the tickets but she made no mention of that. I had worked there before so I know you can do that. Please train your staff properly to tell customers if they made a mistake in their tickets that they can cancel them.
