So glad I checked their reviews.... I order from them probably +2yrs ago and got everything that I needed. Have been trying to place another order (~$200.00 of 3/4" canopy fittings) now for 3 weeks. I try to check out, enter CC info, and get an error. I've tried at least 5 times, and still same error. I've called at least 4 times, and each time, the response is, "Website will be fixed in 1-2 days"... Just going to look for the fittings somewhere else, and glad I didn't pay for something knowing it'll probably never arrive...

Kept saying item was on a container ship, delayed. After 6 patient months I asked for a refund, called every 2 weeks for 6 more months, they kept lying and promising. Finally gave up. $500 gone. Crooks. Avoid this company

$9000.00 tarp order that was placed in June of 2018. Just keep getting told " its on the way" or " we are going to refund your money. Nothing yet.

Same story as everyone else unfortunately. Poor customer service and doesn't follow up on their promises. I was sent a tarp that was the incorrect size for my metal frame. Still haven't received the replacement 3mo later. Very hard to reach by phone. Still waiting. I have other complaints too but this is the worst.
