We have now been in our home for one year. The purchasing experience with Troy was great! And now I can say that the 1-year warranty experience is excellent! The communication with Laura has been amazing and easy. My wife and I are very happy with our home purchase.
Once you purchase a home here getting what Should be warranty repairs is at best brutal . I have been put through the wringer with me real help . See Attorney General complaints and the BBB . If possible find another builder . They don’t care about you once you close on a property.
Laura has been fantastic. Pulte has impressed me. They have actually built a very good home . I find whats more important than the builder. It's the people who work for them, because those are the ones you're going to deal with, and in this case I've dealt with Laura, she's been fantastic, no matter how small or how big the job was she got on it done ASAP. The people were very friendly. Although we had a few hiccups with the building process as one could expect, it was all quickly rectified. Thank you to Troy, Laura, and Katie for everything! The house is beautiful, as are all the surrounding houses.
