Michael SEEMED fine when I initially called & told him what I needed for my daughter's upcoming bridal shower. His written estimate for the tent, tables & linen looked good too. HOWEVER, since I was concerned if the tent size I thought I needed would actually fit the site, Michael said he would come out & measure. I said if he was going to be up in my area, that would be great. He came by a day later than we discussed (on Sun. AM). MIchael was professional and the tent worked out well! I would definitely use his services again.
Before I could even get this guy a deposit, I was getting yelled at by him. I have never meant someone so unprofessional than this man. Yelling at me on the phone with my family next to and calling me untrustworthy when he doesn't even know my character. As a business owner, be patient and be kind. I'm literally baffled by this experience. What a bitter man. Folks beware.
Michael is great to work with. Very reliable, friendly and flexible in his schedule. I also like to add that his pricing is very reasonable compared to some of the other tent rental companies.
