Read the contract. I was quoted $2,100 to replace my porch roof, which was my price point. The guy showed up with two sheets of plywood, which still boggles my mind he didn’t quote the whole job. He only quoted half of the plywood. It’s a 10x20 roof, can’t be that hard to do the math. I didn’t ask to rebuild half the porch. And I was told all of this after it was already demoed. The repair (and a few other roofing needs) was completed within a week and Aric made sure to check that the work was done to his standard!
