David Bunker and his teammate, Dana de Carriere, are extremely thorough, transparent, and responsive during the whole process. David is literally available 24/7 whenever we have any questions or need some guidance. Their software is intuitive and much easy to navigate. Sean and Kimberly did an awesome job with my refi. I like them because they went the extra mile to help me. Most companies would just drop the process at the sign of any road block but Sean and Kimberly told me up front what needed to be done and they helped me along the way until everything was finished up and correctly and the refinance was finished.
