Had a great experience touring the community. Grounds looked great. The staff was Friendly. The maintenance personnel even greeted us which is rare to see. The homes we toured were clean and the communication from the staff on fees and pricing was very thorough. Top choice on our move from Virginia.
went to tour this place with my boyfriend. some of the property was clean, the other half had wrappers & random trash on the ground everywhere. Larissa was very very sweet and was very kind to us, unfortunately the apartments we were shown had many many issues, things painted over, electrical outlets were coming out of the wall. there was also some rodent droppings and other dead insects in small counters of the apartment. i don’t even live here and i was honestly very uncomfortable even being in there. would not recommend t... read more
Great place for the cost. Quiet community. The maintenance people are very friendly and take care of any issues quick and professionally. They have taken care of things even after hours with no problems The office people are very friendly and professional. They do their best to keep people engaged in their community and even though the turn out is usually small they try to make everyone feel at home.
We have been here 2.5 years now. No problems. The office people they have now are really professional and do a great job of handling things. The property is well cared for and the maintenance people do a great job of taking care of any problems. They go out of their way to make sure things are taken care of quickly even when things happen during their off hours. We feel very safe living here and would definitely recommend this place.
