I currently live here and the lady's in the office are amazing and very helpful. Any time I have a problem it gets resolved asap.
I have lived here for almost 2 years. The Element is very well located to enable me to get to everything I need, highways, interstate, shopping, restaurants and pharmacies. The apartment might be a bit aged, but the rent is so reasonable that a bit of age doesn't bother me, my 80 year old mother or our dog. The neighborhood is quite diverse and very quiet on most days. This place is an absolute scam. Do not even bother to think they are kind hearted or caring. They are the closest thing to slum lord that i’ve ever seen. Save your body mind and soul and don't ever rent from these people. They gouge prices on things that aren’t even available half the time month. Their gas runs out in there driers every month. There isn’t even a working lock on the laundry mat (they blame the customers for that too). The “nightly” trash doesn’t get picked up the days or times they say. Their pool is never cl... read more
