"I have 12 years living at The Element at River Pointe. Find a quiet, safe, and friendly apartment complex is tough, but this place nails it. Neighbors are respectful, the grounds are spotless, and you rarely hear outside noise. The leasing office goes above and beyond for residents, Larissa, the assistant manager is amazing. It truly feels like a neighborhood rather than just a bunch of buildings. Five stars all around!"

Ms. Katty and her receptionist are exceptional at their jobs. I was greeted as soon as I entered made to feel comfortable and welcome… Ms. Katty is a fountain of information and a great tour guide she showed me every part of the property … your office team at this location is definitely representing The Element to the best of their abilities!
Ms. Zena was so awesome and professional. She answered all my questions during the tour. Making the process easy. I'm ready to move in.
