I loveeee living here. shout out to Denise our maintenance guy he was so friendly, so quick, and explained everything to us. Not a single bad thing to say about this property everyone who works here is amazing
Matt in the leasing office is incredible! Aside from the complex and the unit being amazing, the process was handled with patience and detail I would hope for anyone applying! Fantastic staff!
I was impressed with how fast the property Manager, Matt G, was able to assist and help me during an emergancy move once I provided all apropriate documentation for me and my SA. Even though it was a lot to process they allowed me to use a their computer and assisted me with any questions I had. Upon move in I had some issues with the garage, kitchen sink, and A/C. The maintance team worked with me and fixed the A/C on a weekend since it was an emergency. The kitchen sink has been fixed and the garage door took sometime but ... read more
We are so excited with the new management. Anna, Hector and the staff have the place looking and running great! We are so excited to have Dolly back and look forward to her warm and great service. I vouch behind this rental community 100 percent. Its absolutely beautiful, great location. Apartments are huge and lots of amenities. The grounds are always clean and well managed. There is always plenty of space in the pool area. Small updates have made the community house and gym look great! Thanks Canopy for working diligently.
My time has come. We made it out. Came to save money on rent. Cost us our sanity instead. I was concerned at move in that our apartment was not properly cleaned and sanitized and upon move out I can tell you, potential lessors, that it seems like the tenant is the one responsible for cleaning the property by paying $350 plus an added $125 if had pets. They do NOT replace the carpet after each tenant, they get them cleaned (I have leased at 4 different properties in 10 years and that was a first for me, maybe because this pla... read more
