**** is the owner of canopies and more and he has been very disrespectful and no professionalism at all. He placed a canopy at my house and it started tearing about 4 months into it. He states he guarantees his work. He took the canopy off to repair it and does not want to return it. I would never do business with canopies and more again.

Initially, everything was great. Friendly, helpful, and wonderful service. We paid the deposit and about 3/4 weeks the canopy was installed. However, the curtain was not included in the design so it was missing. We decided to pay the remainder of the payment trusting the work would be completed in a reasonable amount of time. Don't use Canopies and More, LLC. Lies from the start. To receive your down payment, sky is the limit. Once in a binding contract, everything changes. First off, project estimated for 2 weeks. Within the first week, wife shows up saying they didn't have the desired size for the structure so we were told to get smaller poles. Mr. Abel Gonzales then calls and tells us the metal is very limited and the size we asked for was not available. Do not get your business from these people. We took Mr. Abel Gonzales to court because he lied to us saying we don't need a permit for the canopy. In case any of you don't know, he is responsible for getting a city permit BEFORE he puts your canopy up. If not, you will get fined by the city like we did. We won our case and he still has not paid our judgment. Mr. Gonzales had the nerve to send his son to our house without our permission (trespassed) and take down the canopy before even giving us our money back. We have not he... read more
