I see a lot of negative reviews, not sure how its possible. My wife and I just bought a house, and I'm from Florida where electric companies work 24/7...well not this one, but! I called tonight and a lovely elder woman named Debby, answered the phone. She wouldn't let me hang up until we figured out how to turn our power on. I have been dealing with this company since 2018,I just paid 378$ for a light bill I never been late on a bill since I had service, I was admitted in the hospital for a week with pneumonia in both lungs when I got out I was in the process of moving so I called to see how can I make it a smooth transfer I was told I can email my lease but in doing so it didn't deliver I tried twice,I called back and I was told you can just bring the lease and your license threw driv thru I said thank you very much ma'am I'll be there in withi... read more
Outstanding professional kind customer service and support by several men replacing a power pole due to damage! Took out broken pole and replaced it all within 2 hours! Even made sure my electric came back on( and cable also!) Thank you all for your excellent customer service and support!
If I would’ve known about this place I would’ve never moved out here. First of all who pays 500$ deposit to get power going? Or who said it was okay to have me as prepaid without understanding you having me as pay everyday or few days. This place is a rip off now I see why have 1.7 stars.
