Very unprofessional, very poor management and communication with customers before disconnecting.
My ex moved out and I received no notification that she disconnected the power. They didn’t send any notification and disconnected the power at 3pm on a Friday. I registered for a new account and was told they stop connecting at 4. So I have to spend an entire weekend without power now. You can cut power off at 3 but to lazy to turn it back on at 4 the same day when you sent no notification of disconnect. The lack of communication and unprofessionalism is mind blowing.
I'm sorry, but you'll can't maintain shit out here if it rains boom powers out it snows powers out even if it's dusty boom powers out. Do you not have any infrastructure to maintain the power grid, or you'll just brain-dead
Most crooked power company I've EVER dealt with. Here's another $100. Don't talk to me like I'm your child on the phone you work for me not the other way around. Be a professional.
I have had Canoochee EMC for the past 2 years and didn’t have any problems at all. Front office staff has been incredibly nice and helpful! Reloading our balance has been very easy too. Don’t let the negative reviews make you nervous. If you’re a good customer who pays on time and is friendly on the phone, you will be met with the same energy!
