Guy is rude and very condescending and the hours are all over the place he opens some days 8am but not really and closes at 1pm most days how has he been in business so long is mind blowing
I don't know WHO I talked to, but I was looking for a certain tire (just one) because the set I have had been discontinued. And then he schooled me on he probably doesn't have that tire, but has the size tires and could probably find me something. I was hopeful. I tell him my tire size, and while on the phone he's looking around for that size. Proceeds to tell me "no I guess, I'll have to pass" and then proceeds to just hang up on me with out saying anything else. Excuse me? Not very good customer service. Highly dissatisfie... read more
Don’t waste your time searching around ,this is the best deal in the area, professional service courteous, very very helpful, Dave and his crew are nothing but A +++ customer service.
Tell Dave to put in a new valve stem because that is standard for most tire companies and save yourself a headache. Dave is not open consistently so if you have a problem like I did you will have to wait until “they” are available.
